Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist administers employee benefits, onboarding, and HR services across the College, serving as a primary resource for benefits enrollment, coverage options, and retirement resources. The role ensures employees receive accurate information and responsive assistance while managing compliance-related tasks and supporting staff across multiple locations. Based on the Perkinston Campus, the position requires routine travel to other campuses and district locations to fulfill job responsibilities. The HR Generalist reports to the Coordinator of Employee Relations.
