The Human Resources Generalist serves as a strategic HR partner for assigned internal customer groups, providing comprehensive support across key HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, and EHS initiatives. This role partners with leaders to ensure HR policies are effectively communicated and consistently applied, fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment. The position acts as a trusted advisor to management, guiding coaching, counseling, corrective action, and talent development processes.
