Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist serves as the primary on-site HR resource for Sterling Thompson Company, coordinating day-to-day HR operations and partnering with employees and leaders across the organization. This role supports recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement. The position requires a minimum of three years of HR experience and proficiency with HRIS platforms.
