Human Resources Intern

This summer intern role supports the Human Resources team at Kinsley Construction by handling administrative and recruiting tasks across the Mid-Atlantic Region. The position involves conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, managing communications, and maintaining applicant records within the BambooHR system. Interns will also provide general administrative assistance to the HR director and team while adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
