About this role

The Human Resources Summer Internship Program at ConocoPhillips offers a 10‑14 week paid internship where interns receive diversified on‑the‑job training, exposure to various HR functions, and mentorship from supervisors and senior leaders. Interns will work at one of three locations—Bartlesville, OK; Houston, TX; or Midland, TX—supporting HR Business Partner activities, talent management, compensation & benefits, and other projects.

Responsibilities

Support HR Business Partner functions across business lines
Assist with talent management, recruiting, and learning initiatives
Contribute to compensation and benefits projects and other HR assignments
