Human Resources Intern

The Human Resources Intern role at Trek offers a paid, full-time opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and payroll. The intern will support HR coordinators and business partners, contribute to process improvements, and take ownership of a core project related to compensation and role structure. This position is designed for current junior or senior students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
