The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic partner to assigned business units, providing leadership and direction across all facets of Human Resources. This role is responsible for the effective administration of HR policies, programs, and best practices in areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits and compensation, performance management, training and development, HRIS systems, and workplace safety.
