Human Resources Manager

This role oversees all Human Resource activities for the Filer City Mill, including negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements and ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws. The position is responsible for maintaining a skilled workforce, directing the mill safety program, and managing EEO/AAP activities. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a positive public image and serving as the chief spokesperson in labor negotiations and arbitration cases.
