Human Resources Manager

Under the direction of the Vice President for Finance, this role plans, organizes, and oversees university human resources management functions, including employee relations, strategic planning, legal compliance, compensation administration, payroll, and HRIS. The position serves as a resource for all organizational levels regarding employment, compensation, benefits, and performance issues while acting as a liaison for university Risk Management matters. Additionally, the role manages payroll operations, coordinates risk management activities, and oversees communication staff to ensure efficient university operations.
