The Human Resources Manager leads all aspects of the human resources function for the Joshua M. Freeman Foundation, supporting a dedicated team of year-round staff, seasonal employees, and volunteers. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits, performance management, and compliance.
