Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager serves as the on-site HR leader for the Rochester, Minnesota manufacturing facility, leading full-range plant HR activities including employee relations, workforce planning, recruiting, and compliance. This hands-on role partners with plant leadership and corporate HR to build organizational capability, maintain a safe workplace, and implement people solutions that support operational goals. The position involves coaching leaders, managing complex employee relations matters, and driving employee engagement across all shifts.
