Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager leads and administers all phases of human resources for the Franklin, KY foundry facility, partnering with leadership to support workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance. This role is critical in the startup of the site, instilling EJ's safety, culture, and values while managing staffing, performance management, and training for an hourly and salaried manufacturing workforce. The position involves direct supervision of the onsite HR team and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
