Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager leads and administers all aspects of the human resources function, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role provides oversight for employee engagement initiatives, company events, training and development, and select marketing and technology efforts. The position reports directly to the Director of Finance and requires independent judgment and discretion with confidential information.
