Human Resources Onboarding and Credentialing Specialist

About this role
The Onboarding and Credentialing Specialist will join Ascend Healthcare’s HR team to support the candidate-to-employee transition and ensure a positive, compliant new-hire experience. The role works with internal teams and external partners to maintain onboarding quality, support integration during the first 30 days, and contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding workflows. It reports to the HR Director and primarily operates remotely with occasional in-person needs.
