The Human Resources Operations Analyst serves as a lead resource within the HR Operations team at Wake County Government, performing complex personnel administration and HRIS transactions to support employees throughout their employment lifecycle. This role is critical for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee and position data, ensuring compliance with County policies, and providing operational support to departments across the organization.
