Paramount is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to support the HR Operations team by managing employee lifecycle processes across Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Data Management, and Payroll. The role focuses on driving operational efficiency by partnering with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, transform support delivery, and ensure data accuracy. This position requires providing front-line HR support, coordinating escalations, and facilitating onboarding and offboarding logistics for all incoming and departing employees.
