This mission-driven role involves ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, managing HRIS data in Workday, and collaborating with union officials and management to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The position requires adapting to changing business needs while providing exceptional customer service to a diverse workforce including individuals with disabilities and veterans.
