The HR Recruiter Intern will support high-volume recruiting for hourly manufacturing and production roles within a healthcare manufacturing environment. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates who support the production of medical products and provides hands-on talent acquisition experience. The intern will work closely with HR and operations teams in a fast-paced, compliance-driven setting and gain exposure to onboarding and recruitment events.
