About this role

A Human Resources internship supporting Varda’s HR/Recruiting team to improve efficiency and scalability through recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations projects. The role is a full-time summer internship based on-site in Los Angeles for students currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program. Interns will work in a collaborative startup environment and contribute to HR initiatives, employee programs, and general administrative support.
