Human Resources Representative

The Human Resources Representative provides day-to-day HR support to employees, supervisors, managers, and union representatives within a sugar industry facility. This role supports employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits inquiries, compliance, training coordination, and HR administration. The position requires the ability to work effectively in both office and industrial settings while ensuring compliance with company policies, applicable employment laws, and the current Collective Bargaining Agreement.
