Human Resources Representative

The Human Resources Representative provides tactical direction and consultation to team members and leaders across the organization, with primary support for the Florence, SC and Tyler, TX locations. This position is expected to maintain strong engagement and connection with both locations by building relationships, understanding location needs, and providing ongoing HR support. This includes critical HR functions such as supporting and enhancing Field culture, recruiting and staffing, team member development, benefits and payroll support, and facility safety.
