The Human Resources Specialist provides comprehensive administrative and operational support for SourcePoint's human resources functions, including payroll administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, and benefits coordination. This on-site role ensures employee compliance with organizational policies while fostering positive relationships with employees, applicants, and external partners.
