Human Resources Specialist

The HR Specialist provides responsive and practical HR support to employees, managers, and leaders across the organization, with a primary focus on employee relations and workplace health and safety. The role supports a positive, respectful, and safe workplace by providing guidance on employee relations matters, supporting workplace investigations and performance management, and coordinating health and safety activities. Working closely with the Director, People & Culture, the HR Specialist helps ensure HR practices are consistent, fair, legally compliant, and aligned with the organization's mission and values.
