About this role

The Human Resources System & Data Analyst is responsible for implementing and maintaining human capital management systems, including Oracle Cloud and UKG WFM, while providing advisory services to management. This role serves as a technical point of contact for functional areas, ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement. The position supports HCM upgrades, patches, and other technical projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain human capital management systems including Oracle Cloud and UKG WFM
Lead initiatives for integrating HRMS with other HR systems and data sources
Write and maintain reports, analyze data flows, and ensure system data integrity
