Human Resources Technician (temporary 15 months)

Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative aspects of employee files for unionized and/or non-unionized employees in the SAP HR system
• Enter, validate, and update employee personal and administrative data
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, particularly with regard to employee benefits
• Inform and guide employees on human resources policies, procedures, and programs
• Administer employee benefit programs (group insurance, savings plans, etc.) in collaboration with internal and external partners
