This role serves as the primary point of contact for applicants, visitors, and vendors, managing front-office operations and providing administrative support to the Human Resources team. The position involves assisting with employment processes, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all interactions. The incumbent will also support HR events, manage inventory, and assist with new hire orientation and training preparations.
