Human Services Director

The Human Services Director serves as the strategic leader of Pitkin County’s Human Services department, overseeing complex systems, community partnerships, and high-quality service delivery to build a resilient and connected community. This role involves managing department operations, leading strategic planning and budgeting, and advising county leadership on human services policies and programs. The Director also builds a high-performing team, ensures compliance with regulations, and maintains strong relationships with community partners and government agencies.
