About this role

The Human Services Program Consultant I is a field-based consultant responsible for ensuring the Subsidized Child Care Assistance Program is developed and operated in accordance with Federal and State laws and Division policies. The role provides direction and consultation to county departments of social services and local purchasing agencies, supports the NC FAST case management system, and conducts training and technical assistance. The position requires travel throughout assigned counties and residence in or contiguous to specified North Carolina counties.
