Human Services Program Specialist - Career Service

The Human Services Program Specialist serves as the primary connection between the region and State Office, supporting statewide employment initiatives for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role leads the region’s Supported Employment Initiative by fostering partnerships with schools, employers, and community organizations to expand pathways to competitive integrated employment. The position provides oversight of employment programs, coordinates provider trainings, ensures compliance with policies, and delivers technical assistance to staff and providers.
