Human Services Program Specialist

This advanced professional role assesses and develops Adult Protective Investigators to ensure they possess the appropriate level of professional competencies. The position involves coaching, motivating, and modeling best practices to provide real-time field casework guidance and assessment for both new and existing investigators. It requires observing and evaluating casework activities, providing feedback, and coordinating in-service training to address performance improvement areas. The role also includes identifying operational problems, making recommendations for improvements, and providing backup to investigators and supervisors in field work as assigned.
