Humanitarian Access & Security Coordinator

The Humanitarian Access & Security Coordinator (HASC) for Libya is a senior, country-based role located in Tripoli that provides leadership on security policy and humanitarian access for the IRC’s Libya program. The HASC is a member of the Senior Management Team, reports to the Country Director and Regional Safety and Security Director, and coordinates with regional and field teams to ensure program continuity and contextual alignment. The position includes managerial responsibility for the country security team and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
