The HVAC Building Automation Systems (BAS) Estimator develops accurate, competitive, and compliant cost estimates for commercial and industrial HVAC controls and building automation projects to support bidding and internal budgeting. This mid-level position requires independent interpretation of plans, specifications, and sequences of operation and close coordination with sales and project management. The role also contributes to refining estimating tools and provides guidance to junior estimators.
