HVAC Design Engineer

This role involves working as part of a multi-disciplinary team under the direction of a licensed Engineer to design HVAC systems for new construction and renovation projects in educational, healthcare, corporate commercial, and science and technology sectors. The position requires performing building load calculations, energy modeling, and Revit/BIM modeling for construction drawings while assisting with plumbing and fire protection designs. The role also includes reviewing submittals, conducting site visits, and collaborating with the design team to ensure compliance with contract documents.
