The HVAC Installation Technician will perform onsite replacement and upgrade of residential air handlers and condensing units across Weinstein Properties apartment communities in the Richmond area. This full-time role operates weekdays with no after-hours emergency call and includes reporting to a single location with company vehicle transportation to properties.
