The HVAC Maintenance Employee is responsible for maintaining the availability, reliability, safety, and efficient operation of facility heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical and control systems. This position performs preventive, predictive, proactive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshoots equipment failures, and responds to emergency maintenance needs. The role also involves managing maintenance activities within the facility's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and accurately documenting refrigerant usage and repairs in compliance with environmental regulations.
