The HVAC Maintenance Technician II performs precision tune-ups and maintenance on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal functionality and prevent breakdowns. This role involves communicating with customers to resolve issues, promote services, and maintain high satisfaction levels while adhering to safety and operational standards. The technician works under the direction of the Field Supervisor or General Manager to deliver excellent customer service and complete necessary documentation.
