HVAC Maintenance Technician

Under the direct supervision of the Physical Plant Director, this role is responsible for the maintenance of all heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment at the Main Campus. The position involves performing day-to-day inspections, responding to routine trouble calls, and providing primary surveillance over HVAC maintenance contractors. The role ensures occupant comfort while optimizing energy conservation and maintaining peak operating conditions for all HVAC systems.
