HVAC Maintenance Technician

This role involves performing routine and unscheduled maintenance and repair of industrial mechanical systems, including air cooled and centrifugal chillers, pumps, and cooling towers. The position requires diagnosing and repairing defects in electronic, mechanical, and electrical components while ensuring systems are calibrated to manufacturer specifications. The technician will also oversee installations, develop training materials, and provide emergency service support on a rotating schedule.
