HVAC Maintenance Technician

This position involves performing journey-level maintenance on HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment, while ensuring proper operation through the District's Energy Management System. The role requires diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling units, programming electronic thermostats, and conducting routine preventative maintenance tasks. The incumbent will also assist with other skilled maintenance projects and provide guidance to other maintenance personnel as needed.
