The HVAC Operations Supervisor leads and oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of building mechanical systems across a regional portfolio. This role serves as the primary escalation point for complex system issues and coordinates with interdisciplinary teams to support residents experiencing mental health concerns and/or substance use. The position requires strong technical expertise in HVAC and building automation systems, along with leadership and communication skills.
