About this role
Pearce is hiring experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment located in telecom shelters on cell tower sites in the Peoria, Illinois region. The role is regional and requires significant travel, occasional overnight stays, and availability for after-hours or weekend call-outs. Technicians will work independently in field conditions, adhere to safety and regulatory standards, and use company-provided vehicles and equipment.
