Join the team at Emerson Lakes by Erickson Senior Living as an HVAC Technician to play a critical role in the grand opening of a new continuing care retirement community in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. This position involves maintaining residential apartments and public areas across a campus featuring large HVAC chiller systems, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for over 1,500 residents. The role requires responding to emergency calls, performing light maintenance on heating and cooling systems, and evaluating system efficiency and safety. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of HVAC maintenance experience, with preferred experience in chiller systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
