HVAC Technician

This full-time, year-round position is responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and building equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant operations. The role involves performing daily inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and supporting other trades in maintaining all building systems. The technician will also manage inventory, monitor propane systems, and ensure the cleanliness and security of assigned facilities.
