The HVAC Technician maintains, repairs, and optimizes air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems across the InterContinental Hayman Great Barrier Reef resort and Staff Village. This full-time role ensures all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably while minimizing disruption to guest and resort operations. The position requires a trade-qualified professional to handle preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and urgent repairs in a collaborative island environment.
