HVAC Technician

The HVAC Technician is responsible for providing a comfortable learning and teaching environment by maintaining and repairing heating and air conditioning systems across district buildings. This role involves servicing boilers, pumps, motors, and control systems while ensuring equipment is properly lubricated, calibrated, and stocked with necessary parts. The technician also trains custodians on proper HVAC operation and collaborates with mechanical contractors for complex repairs.
