HVAC/Mechanical Estimator

The HVAC/Mechanical Estimator provides detailed and accurate cost estimates to support preconstruction, special projects, and other opportunities. As a primary risk manager during procurement, the role involves identifying challenges and opportunities in sheetmetal and pipefitting scope, systems, and layout. The position requires collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams to formulate project scope and manage estimates throughout all project phases.
