About this role
Provides continual visual surveillance and one-on-one monitoring to ensure safety and prevent injury, elopement, and disruptive behaviors for high-risk patients. Works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and communicates observations to the clinical team while documenting activity in the electronic medical record.
