Hyperscale Customer Program Manager

This senior, high-visibility role owns the end-to-end delivery of large, complex xScale deployments for major cloud and AI customers across multiple sites and regions. The position serves as the single point of accountability for the customer programme, managing everything from contract handover and design through construction, commissioning, and close-out. The role requires significant autonomy, executive-level engagement with customers and internal leadership, and the ability to shape Equinix's hyperscale delivery processes.
