IAG Caseworker

This role provides person-centred casework and information and advice support to disabled people, vulnerable adults, and individuals with mental ill health. The position involves delivering impartial guidance on housing, welfare benefits, debt, and health while ensuring compliance with organisational and contractual standards. The caseworker will maintain accurate client records, develop online resources, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive client outcomes.
