About this role
The IAM Analyst is an entry-level role responsible for supporting and maintaining the organisation's Identity and Access Management systems. The role ensures accurate and timely user access provisioning and de-provisioning, supports access requests and help-desk issues, and assists with RBAC documentation, user access reviews, and compliance activities. The analyst also helps run and validate SAM reports from tools like Flexera or Snow and contributes to operational documentation and basic system health monitoring.
